Wow U R awesome.
Good response right up to the point of not knowing what a "Sitewide" is.
Oh, and by the way, i'll take my links any way i can. PR1 or above.

I received the same email. If the service was legit, which it almost certainly is not, I would buy in.

There are actually a lot of small business people who fall for these scams. My wife just created a one page Wordpress website for a member of my BNI group. While the woman knows her business inside and out, her knoledge of the Web, websites, and search engine optimization is absolutely nil. She would be a perfect victim for scams like these. And while I don't like to hand-hold clients, I don't really know how else to protect them from people like that. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes, I suspect some of the same people might be behind these Internet scams too. Thanks for reading, Gerri

I love your response Caroline! I get these bogus offers all the time. Even better are the ones where they tell me they like my site so much that they have already linked to it -- and their site is a junky payday lending site or something similar. I can't believe people will fall for these, but then again, the Nigerian scams are still around too.
